2. Unused remainder of the month is refunded to your account balance on request to support.

4. Not refundable: services stopped for violating the terms and one-time work after completion.
5. The top-up bonus can be spent on services only, cannot be withdrawn or refunded; if a top-up is refunded, its bonus is removed.
